This full-day event includes brunch, on-course beverages and snacks, scramble-format tournament play, exciting on-course games, raffles, silent auction, and our signature Giving Green Ceremony with cocktails, passed appetizers, charcuterie display, awards and prizes.

This year, funds raised will directly support our groundbreaking partnership with Charles River Laboratories to accelerate therapeutic development for 5p- syndrome.

As outlined in our current research initiative:

• We are conducting a drug-repurposing screen using patient-derived fibroblasts

• Using advanced cell-painting imaging technology and AI-driven analysis

• Screening ~3,500 FDA-approved and natural compounds

• Advancing top candidates into patient-derived iPSC neurons for validation

We now have:

✔ A validated assay ready for screening
✔ A targeted library of ~3,500 molecules
✔ A clear Phase 1 and Phase 2 roadmap
